Sacred Integrative Psychotherapy
Sacred Integrative Psychotherapy creates a grounded, compassionate space where your inner world and the Sacred meet—allowing true healing, clarity, and transformation to unfold.
My Approach to Therapy
I work with individuals who desire more than symptom relief—they long for wholeness.
As both a clinical psychologist and a spiritual director, my work weaves together trauma-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system regulation, and contemplative spirituality.
I work with those who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from themselves or the Sacred, who are burdened by old emotional patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach rests on a few core truths:
1. Healing begins by becoming grounded in what is real.
We slow down, breathe, and enter your experience with honesty—without judgment, shame, or self-protection. This grounded presence is where the first glimmers of grace become visible.
2. All parts are welcome.
Your protectors—whether they show up as overworking, overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or dissociation—have carried more than they were ever meant to. Together we help them soften, feel safe, and reconnect to the Sacred Self you have within you.
3. Connection and individuality are both sacred.
We explore the full range of your human needs—your longing for connection, safety, and belonging and your need for autonomy, voice, and purpose.
Often some needs have been overused to keep you safe while others have been pushed aside. Healing brings these needs back into relationship with one another so you can live with more balance and freedom.
4. Healing arises when your story is met with sacred presence.
We work together to connect with the grace-filled Sacred Space inside you and within our therapeutic relationship.
This space allows us to gently witness your experiences, honor long-held pain, and grieve losses that were never seen or supported.
From this sacred presence, unburdening becomes possible—not by pushing away the pain, but by allowing it to be and be met with compassion, clarity, and care.
5. Healing leads to a life aligned with your deepest truth and purpose.
As fear softens and long-carried burdens release, you become more connected to the Sacred Presence within you. From this grounded, authentic place, your choices, relationships, and actions flow from goodness, meaning, and wholehearted care—for yourself, for others, and for the world around you.
This is sacred work—gentle, honest, transformative.
If you’re longing for a space where your inner world and your spiritual life can be held together with reverence, safety, and depth, you are welcome here.
