Integrative Psychotherapy
Integrative therapy is not just about treating symptoms. It is about nurturing the entire being—mind, body, and spirit—so that true healing and transformation can occur.
My Approach to Therapy
Integration, connection, and honoring the whole person have always been at the heart of my work. I believe that every part of us—our thoughts, emotions, body, spirit, and stories—deserves compassion and attention.
Life’s challenges are inevitable, and we all carry burdens—fears, emotional wounds, and memories that can leave us feeling stuck in cycles of pain and disconnection. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, I take an integrative approach that brings together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address the deeper roots of emotional suffering.
In our work together, we won’t just resist or avoid pain—we’ll transform your relationship with it. Through mindfulness, openness, and self-compassion, you can begin to reconnect with your core values and live with greater clarity, courage, and freedom. My approach also weaves in spiritual exploration, creating space for meaning, purpose, and connection with something greater as you navigate life’s challenges. Healing becomes not just about relief—but about wholeness.
