My Approach to Therapy

Instead of merely managing symptoms, my approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address the root causes of emotional suffering.

Rather than resisting painful experiences, we work on transforming your relationship with them. By fostering openness, mindfulness, and self-compassion, you can live a value-driven life, even in the face of adversity. My practice also integrates spirituality with emotional well-being, helping you find meaning, purpose, and peace as you navigate life’s deepest questions. Together, we’ll work to heal, grow, and empower you to live a purpose-driven life.
